Executive Assistant (Contract) - Irvine, CA

Pay: $45-$55/hour | Temporary/Contract

We're seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and leadership team. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, daily scheduling, and confidential information.
  • Prepare professional documents, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate complex travel (domestic & international) and executive meeting logistics.
  • Lead or support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Handle expense reports and provide administrative support across the team.
  • Organize company meetings and events, including vendor coordination and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's preferred.
  • 13+ years administrative experience, or 5+ with a bachelor's (including 3+ years supporting senior leaders).
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tech-savvy with new systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain discretion.
